What to include

• The URL or name of the calculator.
• The values you entered and the result you expected.
• Your browser and device when reporting a display or interaction problem.
• A link to an official print specification when suggesting a standards update.

Protect your information

Do not email confidential artwork, personal documents, passwords, payment information, or sensitive images. Describe the dimensions and issue instead. Image files selected in the calculators stay on your device and are not available to the site operator.

How to report a calculator problem

Include the exact calculator address, the values you entered, the unit and PPI setting, and the result you expected. For an image-based tool, include the image dimensions and file type, but do not email the image itself if it contains private material.

Specification and accessibility questions

You can also report outdated print specifications, keyboard or screen-reader problems, broken links, and confusing instructions. Print providers can use different tolerances, so name the printer or publishing service when a question depends on a production requirement.
