Informational purpose

The calculators, formulas, examples, and quality labels are provided for general print-preparation guidance. They do not replace a printer's proof, production template, color-management workflow, or current platform specification.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking trim size, bleed, safe areas, color mode, file format, page count, paper type, and all other requirements with the print provider before production. Review important files at the intended output size and order a physical proof when appropriate.

No warranty

PrintPrepTools is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for printing costs, rejected files, lost work, or other damages arising from use of the site.

Third-party names and specifications

Product names, platform names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References such as Amazon KDP identify compatible workflows and do not imply endorsement. A third party's current official documentation is the final authority for its requirements.

Acceptable use and changes

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated traffic in a way that disrupts service. These terms and calculator behavior may be updated as the site evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
